If you just do not take care of your health, and eat out at fast food restaurants or do not get enough sleep, then all of this could cause snoring among other health problems for you. Just stop the hectic pace that you are into right now, and slow down a little bit. Start eating at the same hours each day, and stop eating fast food. Eat veggies and don't eat too much, meaning always eat about 80% of the food that you actually need. Do not eat 120% percent or more, as this is not good for you.
